Salesforce Solution Architect

Job Description

Spaulding Ridge is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to join their Salesforce Delivery team in India. The ideal candidate will drive customer engagements by identifying process gaps and pain points, and then rapidly designing and implementing best-in-class solutions across multiple industry verticals, with a focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. As an Architect, they will serve as the primary design owner and trusted SME for all related deliverables.Role involves:

• Serving as a subject matter expert on project technology architecture, integration, and data migration strategies.
• Working as a liaison across NA/EMEA regions from APAC.
• Ensuring technical solutions align with project goals and best practices.
• Managing the project team in APAC, providing context, assisting with technical blockers, and assigning tasks.
• Overseeing the development and execution of the project QA plan and release plan.
• Creating and maintaining technical and functional project documentation.

Requirements:

• 8+ years in enterprise Salesforce delivery and solution architecture.
• Hands-on configuration and development skills on the Salesforce platform.
• Extensive experience with solutioning and implementing Service Cloud engagements.
• Current Salesforce certification in one of the core clouds.
• Experience in Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud is a plus.
• Ability to lead large, global delivery teams in an Agile environment.
• Strong functional/technical background in cloud platforms.
• Experience in using and overseeing CI/CD tools.
• Demonstrated leadership and team mentoring abilities.
• Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation abilities.
