Job Description
The Social Hub is seeking a Bartender for its Rome location. The Bartender will be responsible for crafting drinks that complement the vibrant atmosphere. They will enhance guests’ experience, making each visit a highlight of their stay. The Bartender will know all about the products and how to sell them to the guests.
What this role involves:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers.
- Engage with guests, offering personalized service and making drink recommendations.
- Ensure the bar is fully stocked, organized, and clean.
- Maintain knowledge of beverage offerings and participate in training.
- Follow health and safety regulations.
- Assist in event bar setups and private functions.
- Assist in general front-of-house duties.
- Be a secret concierge for the city.
- Assist guests with requests related to facilities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-end or high-volume bar environment.
- Extensive knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits.
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Flexible, hands-on, motivated, and positive attitude.
- Multitasker who loves putting skills to good use.
- Love taking responsibility and handle busy periods with professional calm.
- A good level of English.
- European citizen or legally authorized to work in Italy.
