Job Description
Gusto is seeking a Broker Onboarding Advocate to join their rapidly growing Broker Integration team in Denver, CO. This role involves working with customers and their brokers to set up health benefits in Gusto, providing a delightful customer experience. The Broker Onboarding Advocate will guide customers through each step of the integration process, from collecting benefit information to building benefit plans and enrollments in internal systems, and facilitating open enrollment at renewal.   • Providing exceptional customer service via email, phone, and Zoom.
  • Facilitating the onboarding and renewal process using Gusto’s internal systems and tools.
  • Managing time effectively to prioritize tasks for each customer.
  • Partnering cross-functionally to unblock points of friction and proactively address potential concerns.
  • Helping scale the broker integration team and product by identifying pain points and seeking innovative solutions.
Here's what Gusto is looking for:
  • 3+ years of customer-facing experience (benefits or payroll experience is a bonus).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Skilled in problem-solving and comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working collaboratively and autonomously.
