Producer, Marketing Operations

Job Description

VML MAP is seeking a Producer to manage marketing projects for a major international client in San Jose, Costa Rica. The Producer will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution, manage project timelines and budgets, and uphold brand standards. They will also identify and address team challenges, providing regular reports to management.Role involves:

• Collaborating with stakeholders
• Managing project timelines and budgets
• Upholding brand standards
• Identifying and addressing team challenges
• Providing project status reports

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Producer, Project Manager, or Coordinator
• Experience with CRM and/or digital marketing projects
• Ability to manage project budgets and monitor resource allocation
• Client management skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communication, or Project Management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software
• Flexible mindset
