Job Description
CoLab is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to develop and execute field marketing programs. The Field Marketing Manager will partner with demand generation, sales, and customer success to build a field marketing program from the ground up. This role focuses on field marketing, events, and ABM, creating experiential events and pipeline programs aligned with sales priorities and revenue targets.
What this role involves:
- Creation and execution of events and experiences strategy
- Developing a multi-pronged strategy for new logo acquisition and expansion
- Overseeing logistics and execution of events
- Working cross-functionally with marketing and sales
- Building successful campaigns and events into repeatable programs
- Owning programs end-to-end
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a field marketing role, focused on B2B technology
- Experience defining, planning, and executing field marketing, events, and ABM strategies
- Experience with a variety of event types
- Strategic planning and hands-on tactical execution skills
- Project management skills
- Experience working with customers in manufacturing is a plus
