Job Description
Dataiku is seeking a Program Manager for Global GTM Enablement. In this role, the individual will design and deliver impactful programs to fuel pipeline generation and support GTM priorities. The Program Manager will collaborate with Business Development Reps (BDRs), their Global VP, and partners across GTM and Revenue Operations to ensure teams have the necessary tools, processes, and training.Dataiku values enablement as a core component of sales excellence and offers an opportunity to play a key role in scaling the company's GTM motion.Role involves:
  • Driving GTM alignment by connecting BDR enablement strategies to GTM priorities.
  • Building and delivering enablement programs that fuel pipeline generation.
  • Owning and evolving core enablement assets, including managing "Playbooks" and maintaining a "library of excellence".
  • Introducing and scaling AI/Agentic AI use cases to enhance BDR workflows.
  • Partnering with onboarding leads to ensure BDRs hit the ground running with always-on enablement.
  • Creating scalable systems that make enablement seamless across the global enablement infrastructure.
  • Leading insightful enablement sessions and workshops.
  • Analyzing performance data and continuously improving training strategies.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years in sales, sales enablement, training, or sales ops roles.
  • 3+ years of project management experience managing cross-functional, global initiatives.
  • Experience working closely with Business Development teams and understanding tech sales.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies like Value Selling or Customer-Centric Selling.
  • Track record of success in building and scaling enablement programs.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute with measurable outcomes.
  • Experience with tools including Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator, Gong, Mindtickle, and HighSpot.
  • A bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is a plus.
