Job Description
Dataiku is seeking a Program Manager for Global GTM Enablement. This role is pivotal in shaping pipeline generation and enabling the Business Development team for success. The Program Manager will design and deliver impactful programs that fuel the top-of-funnel motion and support GTM priorities. They will collaborate with Business Development Reps (BDRs), their Global VP, and partners across GTM and Revenue Operations to ensure teams have the necessary tools, processes, and training.
This is an individual contributor role blending strategic planning with hands-on delivery, directly influencing pipeline growth and the evolution of the go-to-market strategy. Dataiku values enablement as a core component of sales excellence.
What this role involves: - Driving GTM alignment by connecting BDR enablement strategies to GTM priorities.
- Building and delivering enablement programs that fuel pipeline generation.
- Owning and evolving core enablement assets, including managing "Playbooks" and maintaining a "library of excellence".
- Introducing and scaling AI/Agentic AI use cases to enhance BDR workflows and productivity.
- Partnering with onboarding leads to ensure BDRs are well-prepared and continuously improving.
- Creating scalable systems for seamless and impactful global enablement.
- Leading insightful enablement sessions and workshops.
- Analyzing performance data and continuously improving training strategies.
Requirements: - 5+ years in sales, sales enablement, training, or sales ops roles, ideally with a focus on Business Development in a tech, data science, or cloud environment.
- 3+ years of project management experience managing cross-functional, global initiatives.
- Experience working closely with Business Development teams and understanding tech sales.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies like Value Selling or Customer-Centric Selling.
- Track record of success in building and scaling enablement programs.
- Ability to think strategically and execute, delivering enablement programs with measurable outcomes.
- Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders across GTM, Marketing, RevOps, and Product teams.
- Proficiency in tools including Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator, Gong, Mindtickle, and HighSpot.
- A bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is a plus.
- Willingness to support enablement events, including domestic and/or international travel up to 15%.
