  • Acting as a subject matter expert for the country.
  • Managing relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Processing full end-to-end payroll in-house.
  • Ensuring data integrity and quality.
  • Focusing on KPIs and SLAs.
  • Implementing and improving processes.
  • Mentoring and supporting payroll specialists.
  • Backing up regional managers during times of absence.
Requirements:
  • Payroll management or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of payroll best practices.
  • Proficiency in using software tools like SAP, Excel / Google Sheet.
  • An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
