What this role involves: - Leading execution of payroll product initiatives.
- Translating complex regulations into scalable, automated product enhancements.
- Identifying compliance gaps, inefficiencies, and risks.
- Conducting ongoing research into global payroll trends and regulatory shifts.
- Developing dashboards to track compliance performance and payroll accuracy.
- Tracking and reporting on payroll compliance risks and incidents.
What candidate should bring: - Extensive experience in payroll compliance & product execution.
- Proven track record of leading payroll product initiatives.
- Strong technical knowledge of payroll platforms, HRIS integrations, and automation tools.
