Remote is seeking a Payroll Product Strategic Lead to ensure the company's payroll product is compliant, scalable, and aligned with global payroll operations. • Leading execution of payroll product initiatives.
• Translating complex regulations into scalable, automated product enhancements.
• Identifying compliance gaps, inefficiencies, and risks.
• Conducting ongoing research into global payroll trends and regulatory shifts.
• Developing dashboards to track compliance performance and payroll accuracy.
• Tracking and reporting on payroll compliance risks and incidents.

• Extensive experience in payroll compliance & product execution.
• Proven track record of leading payroll product initiatives.
• Strong technical knowledge of payroll platforms, HRIS integrations, and automation tools.
