Job Description

Capfi Africa is seeking a Senior Solution Architect for a client in the banking sector in Casablanca. This role is available on a freelance or CDI basis. The Senior Solution Architect will be responsible for leading the design, modeling, and urbanization of critical application solutions within the bank's IT system. The role involves working within the digital transformation framework of a major client in the banking sector.

Role Involves:

• Designing and modeling application, functional, and technical mapping in accordance with bank standards.
• Defining and implementing architecture standards to ensure system scalability and interoperability.
• Writing architecture documents for strategic applications.
• Actively participating in architecture committees and technology selections.
• Ensuring coherence between business needs, technical requirements, and regulatory constraints.
• Supporting project teams in implementing chosen architectures.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture within complex environments.
• Proficiency in modeling tools such as MEGA, UML.
• Solid experience with SOA, microservices, and API Management architectures.
• Familiarity with technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, WebSphere.
• Good foundation in development (Java, .NET, Angular).
• Understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Git, Ansible.
• Excellent formalization and communication skills (oral and written) in French.
• Experience in the banking sector is a plus.
