Job Description

Capfi Africa is seeking a Senior Technical Architect for a banking client. The role is based in Casablanca or Rabat, with hybrid work possible. The architect will work on a strategic project modernizing IT infrastructure for a major bank.

Capfi Africa is looking for someone to design and manage the technical architecture of the information system to ensure performance, security, and scalability.

Role Involves:

• Developing and maintaining the technical mapping of the information system (HDL, LDL).
• Formalizing technical architecture, infrastructure, and flow documents.
• Supporting migration projects to new target architectures.
• Ensuring the resilience, performance, and security of infrastructures.
• Implementing DevOps principles and CI/CD tools.
• Conducting continuous technology monitoring to recommend relevant technical developments.
• Collaborating closely with Security, Network, and Development teams.

Requirements:

• 10 years of experience in technical or IT infrastructure architecture.
• Expertise in networks, cybersecurity, and virtualized infrastructures (Docker, Kubernetes).
• In-depth knowledge of OS (Windows/Linux), databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL), and middleware.
• Proficiency in DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Ansible, CI/CD).
• Solid experience in BCP/DRP and IT resilience management.
• Security or network certification is mandatory.
• Excellent analytical skills, synthesis skills, and very good communication skills in French.
