Xometry is seeking an energetic and ambitious Account Executive II to join their outbound sales team. This role is focused on securing new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.Responsibilities include:
- Identifying and generating new business opportunities
- Conducting market research to identify potential prospects
- Qualifying leads and developing a strong pipeline
- Engaging with potential clients to understand their needs
- Scheduling and conducting meetings and presentations
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams
- Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Staying informed about industry trends
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a sales role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work onsite 3 days a week
