Job Description
Xometry is seeking an energetic and ambitious Account Executive II to join their outbound sales team. This role is focused on identifying and securing new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.Responsibilities include:
  • Identifying and generating new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach
  • Conducting market research to identify potential prospects and key decision-makers
  • Qualifying leads and developing a strong pipeline of prospective clients
  • Engaging with potential clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions
  • Scheduling and conducting meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop sales strategies
  • Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Staying informed about industry trends
Requirements include:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably in outbound sales or new business development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Manufacturing background a plus
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
