Pre-Construction Director

Job Description

Yondr is seeking a Pre-Construction Director to manage all pre-construction activities for data center projects in the USA. This role is crucial for ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, from market identification to contract execution. The Pre-Construction Director will be responsible for risk management, contract strategy, and vendor selection. They will work closely with various stakeholders, including the VP of AMER, Global Procurement Director, and CDO, to ensure compliance with Yondr policies and procedures.Role involves:

• Managing all pre-construction activities.
• Identifying and managing risks.
• Developing and implementing contract strategies.
• Supporting vendor selection.
• Liaising with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Experience in leading pre-construction activities.
• Experience in delivering large hyper scale data centers.
• Extensive experience in risk management.
• Experience in vendor procurement.
• Stakeholder engagement and management skills.
• Experience working on large scale projects.
• Experience managing a team.
• Experience working in AMER.
