Chatham Financial is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Valuation Advisor to manage the delivery of solutions for institutional real estate clients. The advisor will provide expert solutions in valuation, debt management, and consulting services, enabling clients to assess risk, manage investments, and report financials.This role involves:

• Managing the delivery of solutions for institutional real estate clients.
• Reviewing and interpreting real estate source documents.
• Implementing quality control procedures.
• Maintaining strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, real estate, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience working with institutional real estate clients.
• Expertise in valuation, debt capital markets, or consulting services.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Knowledge of real estate markets and industry trends.
