The role involves:

• Designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient Generative AI architectures.
• Designing and implementing replicable AI & Generative AI solutions.
• Leading technical decision-making for applying AI & Generative AI to solve business problems.
• Leading the technical team in implementing AI & Generative AI use cases in large companies.
• Developing and maintaining a reusable framework for rapid prototyping and delivery of Generative AI solutions.
• Ensuring robust monitoring, retraining strategies, and A/B testing for deployed AI & Generative AI models.
• Managing expectations, timelines, and outcomes of AI & Generative AI initiatives.
• Defining and evolving the organization's Generative AI strategy.
• Identifying emerging trends and technologies in AI/ML.
• Designing long-term AI adoption plans focused on generative models.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in architecture, data science, or machine learning.
• 5+ years leading AI/ML teams and 2+ years leading Generative AI teams.
• Strong experience in Generative AI, deep learning, NLP/NLG, and machine learning lifecycle management.
• Proven experience deploying AI models in production environments (MLOps, CI/CD for ML).
