Job Description

NEORIS, a digital accelerator with 20 years of experience, is seeking a DevOps engineer to join their team in Colombia. The DevOps engineer will assist with engineering backend solutions, troubleshoot GCP and Kubernetes issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. They will also communicate with clients, document procedures, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with engineering various backend solutions.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to GCP services and Kubernetes deployments.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Communicating effectively with clients.
• Documenting troubleshooting procedures and best practices.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in a technical support role in a cloud computing environment.
• Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Customer service skills and communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail.
