GROPYUS, a company focused on sustainable and affordable modular buildings, is seeking a (Senior) Key Account Manager (m/w/d) to join their team in Berlin. This role involves managing and developing key accounts, creating tailored solutions, and efficiently managing the project pipeline.
Responsibilities: - Managing and developing key accounts.
- Creating and presenting tailored solutions.
- Efficiently managing the project pipeline.
- Collaborating with the Technical Sales team.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and proactively solving problems.
- Creating reports and presentations.
- Reporting sales activities and successes.
- Monitoring the market and analyzing the competition.
- Developing and managing new processes in Key Account Management.
Requirements: - A degree in business administration, economics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Real Estate Key Account Management or a similar role.
- Extensive experience in developing and implementing business processes and in real estate project management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and a structured, goal-oriented approach.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
