GROPYUS, a company focused on sustainable and affordable modular buildings, is seeking a (Senior) Key Account Manager (m/w/d) to join their team in Berlin. This role involves managing and developing key accounts, creating tailored solutions, and efficiently managing the project pipeline.Responsibilities:
  • Managing and developing key accounts.
  • Creating and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Efficiently managing the project pipeline.
  • Collaborating with the Technical Sales team.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and proactively solving problems.
  • Creating reports and presentations.
  • Reporting sales activities and successes.
  • Monitoring the market and analyzing the competition.
  • Developing and managing new processes in Key Account Management.
Requirements:
  • A degree in business administration, economics, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in Real Estate Key Account Management or a similar role.
  • Extensive experience in developing and implementing business processes and in real estate project management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured, goal-oriented approach.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
