Job Description
Convera is seeking a Director of Channel Partnerships to expand its channel partner portfolio and market share in the US. This role involves building and executing strategic partnership deals, negotiating contracts, and leading commercialization strategies. The Director will collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful partner onboarding and revenue capture.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute new strategic partnership deals
  • Build a strong pipeline of strategic channel partnerships in the US
  • Negotiate and finalize business contracts and service-level agreements
  • Define and lead commercialization strategies
  • Jointly own revenue generation plans with the Channel Partnerships Farming team
  • Report on pipeline and won deals to key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with colleagues from different departments within Convera

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of business development/partnerships/sales experience
  • Experience in technical/digital sales and integrations
  • Existing sales contacts at large, financial management software companies (preferred)
  • Ability to execute high-value deals through corporate-level negotiations
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Advanced sales management skills
  • Ability to work individually and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working towards key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Ability to travel
