E2open is seeking a Key Account Director to manage relationships with major Logistic Service Provider (LSP) clients. The Key Account Director will drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with existing strategic clients. This role is crucial for E2open, requiring the candidate to act as a trusted advisor to global logistics companies, promoting E2open's products and services to achieve successful sales and client retention.Role involves:
  • Building strong relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Maintaining close plans for opportunities.
  • Engaging with cross-functional departments to achieve sales goals.
  • Building pipeline and achieving annual quota.
  • Understanding and negotiating contracts.
  • Maintaining Salesforce and account plans.
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in supply chain/logistics.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to explain technical solutions.
  • Experience in creating proposals, negotiating, and renewing contracts.
  • Superior communication skills and comfort presenting to senior executives.
  • Creative thinking and leadership skills.
