Precision for Medicine is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Associate (CRA) or Senior Clinical Research Associate to join their team in Singapore. This is a remote-based position, offering the flexibility to work from home anywhere in Singapore, with travel to sites for monitoring visits.Precision for Medicine is not a typical CRO. It integrates clinical trial execution with scientific knowledge, laboratory expertise, and advanced data sciences, with a strong focus on Oncology and Rare Disease. The company prides itself on its culture and high CRA retention rates.Role Involves:

• Monitoring clinical studies at investigative sites.
• Ensuring studies are conducted, recorded, and reported per protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and regulations.
• Coordinating activities to set up and monitor studies.
• Supporting Project Managers with larger trials (Senior CRAs).
• Training and mentoring junior staff (Senior CRAs).
• Interacting with clients and participating in proposal activities.

Requirements:

• Life science degree or equivalent experience.
• CRA experience within the CRO or pharmaceutical industry, specifically in Oncology (minimum 1 year).
• Availability for domestic travel, including overnight stays.
