Job Description
DRW, a diversified trading firm, is seeking a Receptionist for their Amsterdam office. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract within the Global Workplace team. The Receptionist will provide day-to-day support for reception, maintenance, and food service across all DRW floors.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing day-to-day support for reception, maintenance, and food service.
- Serving as the onsite contact for purchasing and IT needs.
- Managing bi-weekly food orders and vendor accounts.
- Handling new joiner administration tasks.
- Maintaining conference rooms and answering phone calls.
- Assisting with office activities, events, and other business needs.
- Serving as the first point of contact for facilities-related issues.
- Aiding with the DRW emergency response team.
- Assisting with office supply ordering and miscellaneous requests.
- Handling mail, filing, and other tasks.
Requirements:
- Previous administrative support experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook Calendar, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Customer service-oriented approach.
- Strong affinity for food and nutrition.
- Initiative and ability to work independently.
- Maturity and ability to handle confidential information.
