Job Description

DRW, a diversified trading firm, is seeking a Receptionist for their Amsterdam office. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract within the Global Workplace team. The Receptionist will provide day-to-day support for reception, maintenance, and food service across all DRW floors.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing day-to-day support for reception, maintenance, and food service.
  • Serving as the onsite contact for purchasing and IT needs.
  • Managing bi-weekly food orders and vendor accounts.
  • Handling new joiner administration tasks.
  • Maintaining conference rooms and answering phone calls.
  • Assisting with office activities, events, and other business needs.
  • Serving as the first point of contact for facilities-related issues.
  • Aiding with the DRW emergency response team.
  • Assisting with office supply ordering and miscellaneous requests.
  • Handling mail, filing, and other tasks.

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative support experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook Calendar, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Customer service-oriented approach.
  • Strong affinity for food and nutrition.
  • Initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Maturity and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Dedicated team member.
