Wellhub, formerly Gympass, is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Junior Accounting Analyst to join their Accounting team in São Paulo. The company is a corporate wellbeing platform connecting employees to fitness, mindfulness, therapy, nutrition, and sleep routine partners.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge in accounting, proficiency in Excel, and interest in treasury processes and bank reconciliations. The main responsibility of this role is to work with cash application and relationship with national and international banks, in addition to supporting the accounting routine of the team through analysis and accounting entries.

Role Involves:

• Performing bank and accounting reconciliations.
• Preparing and recording accounting entries.
• Managing cash application and related reconciliations.
• Maintaining contact with national and international banks.
• Supporting the accounting team in various routines.
• Participating in meetings with internal teams and global stakeholders.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement in accounting processes.
• Ensuring the updating of process documentation.

Requirements:
