Real Estate Lawyer

Job Description

Sprinter is seeking a Real Estate Lawyer to support the Property department of the ISRG group. The lawyer will be responsible for reviewing and drafting contracts for all of the group's store locations. This role is based in Alicante and offers a hybrid telecommuting policy.

The role involves:

• Providing legal support in drafting and reviewing new and existing lease agreements.
• Analyzing, drafting, and reviewing specific contractual clauses, identifying legal risks.
• Registering contractual data and preparing corresponding reports.
• Developing and managing documents related to contracts and current regulations for leased premises.
• Advising the property department, resolving queries, and evaluating legal risks of the group's commercial premises.
• Developing formal written communications to lessors or owners of leased premises.

Requirements:

• Law Degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of prior experience.
• Advanced level in Microsoft Office.
• B2 level of English.
