Job Description
Gotion Inc., based in Silicon Valley, is seeking a Senior Technical Sourcer to join their talent acquisition team at the new Manufacturing facility in Manteno, IL. The Senior Technical Sourcer will identify and engage top talent for technical and non-technical roles, ensuring a robust talent pipeline to support Gotion's rapid growth. This role involves collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop strategic sourcing plans, and actively engage with both passive and active candidates.

What this role involves:
  • Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through various channels.
  • Build and maintain pipelines of passive candidates for critical technical and corporate roles.
  • Engage and nurture relationships with passive candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs.
  • Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor hiring practices.
  • Develop and implement strategies to source candidates from diverse backgrounds.
  • Conduct initial outreach and screening of candidates.
  • Track and report on key sourcing metrics.
  • Support employer branding initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing, preferably for technical, manufacturing, or corporate roles.
  • Strong expertise in sourcing through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain a pipeline of passive candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (E.g. Greenhouse) and candidate relationship management tools.
  • Understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.

What Gotion offers:
