Gotion Inc., an innovator in electric vehicle and energy storage technologies, is seeking a Production Specialist for their manufacturing facility in Manteno, IL. This role supports daily operations, maintains product quality, and ensures compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate is hands-on, team-oriented, and eager to contribute to continuous improvement.

Role involves:
• Operating and monitoring production equipment
• Performing in-process inspections
• Maintaining accurate documentation
• Supporting troubleshooting
• Implementing 5S standards
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives
• Assisting in onboarding new team members

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with safety protocols and quality control
• Ability to read blueprints and use measurement tools
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing systems
• Strong communication skills
• Bilingual in English and Chinese for international team corporation

Gotion Inc. offers:
