Job Description
Yext is seeking an Associate IT Developer (Zuora) to be the primary internal system administrator and support contact for Zuora Billing. The successful candidate will bring a solid understanding of Zuora applications and experience integrating them with other systems. They will collaborate with product managers, Zuora internal technical resources, and Zuora support to drive optimal solutions and best practices.
This role is fully on-site in Yext's Hyderabad, India office.
What this role involves:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives related to Zuora Subscription Billing.
- Providing front-line support for business-facing applications and troubleshooting issues.
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining configurations and customizations of Zuora applications.
- Serving as an internal SME and providing guidance on best practices.
- Driving optimal solutions and identifying potential areas of improvement.
- Maintaining proper system access for user roles and ensuring compliance.
- Managing the change management and release process of Zuora Billing.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of system functionality, customization, and integration.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience with Zuora Billing administration and configuration.
- Experience supporting Zuora Billing modules.
- Experience working in Zuora Billing administration.
- Knowledge of the full billing cycle.
- Understanding of Payment Gateways and related requirements.
- Experience working in Zuora sandbox.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
