Founder's Associate Intern (f/m/x)

Job Description

Tanso is seeking a Founder's Associate Intern to contribute to their mission of helping companies decarbonize. The intern will play a key role in scaling Tanso, establishing a strong foundation, and supporting business development initiatives. This role involves working closely with the Founder's Associate and CEO on various projects, from strategic partnerships to day-to-day operations.

• Leveraging strategic partnerships and business development initiatives for growth.
• Optimizing the business model and ensuring financial readiness for investors.
• Managing individual projects, from strategic goals to daily operations.
• Refining key processes and tools to support scaling efforts.
• Implementing critical business tools and automating workflows.
• Contributing ideas to improve Tanso as a company.

Requirements:

• Living in or willing to relocate to Munich.
• Pre-existing working permit for the EU.
• Proficiency in English at level C1 or higher.
• Proficiency in German at level C2.
