Principal Product Manager

Job Description

Incode is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own the enterprise product strategy and deliver impactful solutions for organizations with complex needs. The role is based in San Francisco, USA. The Principal Product Manager will focus on enterprise platforms, SDKs, analytics, compliance, and security, ensuring Incode products exceed customer expectations while driving adoption and engagement.

The Principal Product Manager will report to the Head of Product and will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing the enterprise product roadmap with a focus on stability, scalability, customer and developer experience.
• Partnering with Sales and Customer Success to gather insights and tailor solutions for enterprise clients.
• Leading the development of analytics tools to enhance enterprise decision-making and compliance adherence.
• Driving adoption by optimizing SDKs and ensuring seamless integration into enterprise workflows.
• Collaborating with engineering to prioritize security and compliance at every stage of product development.

Incode requires the following qualifications:

• 8+ years in enterprise product management.
• Strong experience with platform services, SDKs, and analytics-driven products.
• Deep understanding of compliance, security, and customer experience challenges in enterprise environments.
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder alignment capabilities.
