Job Description
Krafton, a global game publisher known for its creative studios, is seeking a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager to lead influencer marketing efforts for Subnautica 2. This role involves developing and executing influencer marketing strategies, identifying and building relationships with influencers, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with internal teams and development studios.
The Senior Influencer Marketing Manager will contribute to growing the Subnautica 2 player community by expanding awareness through collaborations with influencers across various platforms. They will also create influencer guidelines to ensure content aligns with the game's universe and strategically allocate resources to maximize the impact of community-driven growth strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies for Subnautica 2
- Identify and build relationships with global and regional influencers
- Establish processes for influencer collaborations
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for future strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams and the development studio
- Create influencer guidelines for content creation

Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in influencer marketing or a related field
- Deep understanding and passion for the gaming industry
- Knowledge and experience with global and regional influencer networks
- Data-driven campaign performance analysis skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Understanding of and adaptability to diverse cultures and markets
- Business-level proficiency in spoken and written English
- Ability to travel internationally
