KRAFTON, a global game developer and publisher, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Jr. IR Manager to join its Finance Division in Seoul. The Jr. IR Manager will play a crucial role in effectively communicating KRAFTON's vision and strategy to both internal and external stakeholders, contributing to the company's growth in the global gaming market.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the gaming industry and financial markets, coupled with a passion for investor relations. They will be responsible for facilitating effective communication between management, shareholders, and investors, ultimately enhancing KRAFTON's value.

Responsibilities:

• Managing quarterly/annual earnings releases.
• Coordinating domestic and international investor meetings and shareholder relations.
• Handling general IR tasks.
• Creating strategic materials such as IR presentations and management reports.
