Job Description

KRAFTON is seeking a Global Corporate PR Team Lead to oversee PR and risk management for its domestic and international affiliates. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in PR leadership within a global company, with a proven track record of collaborating with HQ, regional, and marketing teams.

This role involves managing PR for investments, IP development, and business activities of domestic and international studios and subsidiaries. It also includes effective communication with the public regarding the establishment, division, and dissolution of subsidiaries, as well as proactive and reactive risk management related to human, material, and external stakeholders.

The candidate will optimize HQ strategies into IR messages, collaborate with relevant departments on external communications, and enhance corporate value and reputation through new business ventures and diversification.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing PR for domestic and international studios and subsidiaries, covering investments, IP development, and business activities.
• Managing communication related to the establishment, division, and dissolution of subsidiaries.
• Handling risk management, including conflict resolution with stakeholders.
• Optimizing HQ strategies into IR messages and collaborating with relevant departments.
• Enhancing corporate value and reputation through new business ventures.
• Networking directly with domestic and international media to secure press coverage.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience as a PR Leader in a global company, collaborating with HQ/Region and marketing organizations.
• Proven experience leading high-stakes projects requiring collaboration with diverse departments and cultural backgrounds.
• Native-level proficiency in English (and Korean), with additional language skills preferred.
• Ability to work systematically and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of and insights into the gaming, IT, and related industries.
• No restrictions on international travel.
