Darktrace, a global leader in cyber security AI, is seeking a Vice President of Sales for Canada. This role involves leading and expanding sales efforts in the Canadian market, driving revenue growth, and overseeing a team of Sales Directors and Account Executives. The VP of Sales will report to the Americas Head of Sales.Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing regional sales strategies.
  • Driving revenue growth by managing the sales pipeline.
  • Building and leading a high-performing regional sales team.
  • Maintaining relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
  • Staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborating with other regions and departments.
  • Developing and maintaining accurate sales forecasts and reports.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the cybersecurity industry.
  • Minimum of 15 years of Enterprise Software / SaaS direct sales experience with 5+ years of team leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing regional sales strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and market insights.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of financial metrics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
