Darktrace, a global leader in cyber security AI, is seeking a Vice President of Sales for Canada. This role involves leading and expanding sales efforts in the Canadian market, driving revenue growth, and overseeing a team of Sales Directors and Account Executives. The VP of Sales will report to the Americas Head of Sales.
Responsibilities: - Developing and implementing regional sales strategies.
- Driving revenue growth by managing the sales pipeline.
- Building and leading a high-performing regional sales team.
- Maintaining relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborating with other regions and departments.
- Developing and maintaining accurate sales forecasts and reports.
Requirements: - Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the cybersecurity industry.
- Minimum of 15 years of Enterprise Software / SaaS direct sales experience with 5+ years of team leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing regional sales strategies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and market insights.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of financial metrics.
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally.
