Job Description
Apollo.io is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to join their team. This role focuses on driving productivity and effectiveness within the Revenue Organization, specifically partnering with the Head of Growth Sales. The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for go-to-market design, resource planning, quota setting and management, analytical reporting, and strategic program management. They will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders from Finance, Marketing, People Operations, and Sales to achieve key outcomes.
  • Collaborating with Sales leadership to develop go-to-market strategy and resource plans.
  • Creating and managing operational processes such as territory planning.
  • Developing and executing initiatives to optimize sales team efficiency.
  • Driving rhythm of the business, including forecasting and business reviews.
  • Providing business analytics to sales leadership.
  • Leading the development and administration of Account Management compensation plans.
  • 4-7 years of experience in Sales Ops, Sales Strategy, Management Consulting, or GTM-Focused VC.
  • Minimum 5 years total experience.
  • Familiarity with SQL.
  • Senior stakeholder management experience.
  • Program management competency (bonus).
