The Senior Manager, Content Marketing role at the company involves leading the global content strategy and execution. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), this role is pivotal in fueling demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and sales alignment through high-impact content initiatives. The Senior Manager will be responsible for creating and executing a data-driven content strategy that attracts, engages, and converts enterprise B2B audiences, supporting both inbound and outbound efforts in close collaboration with sales and marketing teams.

Role involves:

  • Developing and implementing a data-driven global content strategy
  • Partnering with field marketing (ABM) and sales teams to develop targeted content
  • Overseeing the creation of compelling content formats
  • Establishing and maintaining a strong, differentiated thought leadership position
  • Driving content optimization strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic
  • Ensuring content is leveraged across digital channels
  • Tracking and analyzing content performance
  • Working cross-functionally with various teams to ensure a seamless content ecosystem

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in content marketing, ideally within B2B enterprise software, SaaS, or technology sectors
  • Proven track record of driving demand generation and sales enablement through content marketing
  • Experience working in account-based marketing (ABM) environments
  • Exceptional storytelling and writing skills
  • Strong understanding of SEO, organic growth strategies, and content amplification techniques
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in measuring and optimizing content performance
  • Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders, sales leaders, and cross-functional teams
  • Experience managing content teams, freelancers, and agencies
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and content management systems (CMS)
