Job Description
Diligent is seeking a Salesforce Solutions Architect to design and implement scalable technical solutions. This role involves technical leadership and strategic project execution. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its ecosystem.
Role involves:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Architecting end-to-end quote-to-cash processes.
- Designing scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Leading technical design sessions.
- Defining Salesforce architecture standards.
- Evaluating new Salesforce features.
- Maintaining security models.
- Automating processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years' experience with Apex, Trigger, Visual Force, and Force.com.
- Strong proficiency with Force.com Platform skills.
- Experience in implementing Enterprise Salesforce integration.
- Ability to lead and mentor development teams.
- Experience working with 3rd party vendors.
- Experience with Einstein AI use cases.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
