Sr. Salesforce Project Manager

NeuraFlash is seeking a Senior Salesforce Project Manager to manage projects for Enterprise customers. The Project Manager will provide leadership to analyze requirements, develop designs, and implement cloud-based solutions based on Salesforce. The ideal candidate has experience working with both small and large customers and is comfortable with a rapid pace of change. They should be professional and confident in front of VP and Director-level stakeholders, possess a strong analytical and consultative mindset, and thrive when working against tight deadlines.NeuraFlash is a leader in AI, Amazon, and Salesforce innovation, crafting intelligent solutions that revolutionize workflows and elevate customer experiences.Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage project financials, scope, and schedule.
• Drive implementations of high-quality AI and digital service solutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the client.
• Facilitate status meetings with the project team and stakeholders.
• Assist consultant team members in delivering client presentations.
• Plan, initiate, and manage B2B CRM systems and AI software projects.
• Coordinate IT project teams to incorporate client business requirements.
• Assess business implications for each project stage.
• Execute the role of Agile Scrum Master.
• Guide the software development lifecycle (SDLC) process.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of project management experience with packaged software or custom development implementation on the Salesforce Platform.
• Experience working in a professional services/consulting environment.
• Experience applying Agile approaches to project management.
• Experience with salesforce.com serving as project manager or scrum leader.
• Experience with estimation/sizing and SOW/Change Order contracting.
• PMP or Scrum Master certification preferred.
• Salesforce or AI delivery/solution experience.
• Certified Salesforce.com Admin with either Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
