Job Description
NeuraFlash is seeking a Salesforce Digital Experience Consultant to build interactive user experiences and deliver business value. The consultant will work with the AI team to delight customers, focusing on solution design and execution for end-user-facing technologies. This role involves building solutions following industry best practices and serving as a trusted client advisor.
Role involves:
- Driving requirement gathering and translating them into business solutions.
- Delivering scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Leveraging Salesforce technologies like Agentforce, Einstein Bots, and Experience Cloud.
- Providing input on detailed design specifications.
- Staying updated on new Salesforce product capabilities.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of industry experience.
- Experience in a customer-facing technical consulting role.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities.
- Ability to gather requirements and document processes.
- Experience implementing Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Agentforce, Einstein Service Intelligence, or Experience Cloud.
- Willingness to learn new technologies.
