Salesforce Digital Experience Consultant - AI & Agentforce

NeuraFlash is seeking a Salesforce Digital Experience Consultant to build interactive user experiences. The consultant will work with AI team to deliver business value to clients. This role involves solution design and execution for end-user facing technologies.

Role Involves:
• Building solutions following industry best practices
• Driving requirement gathering and translating them into solutions
• Delivering scalable Salesforce solutions
• Leveraging Salesforce technology
• Providing input on detailed design specifications
• Staying updated on Salesforce capabilities

Requirements:

• 3+ years of industry experience
• Experience in a customer-facing technical consulting role
• Deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities
• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Ability to implement scalable solutions using point-and-click tools
• Experience implementing Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud
• Hands-on experience with Agentforce, Einstein Service Intelligence, or Experience Cloud
• Willingness to learn new technologies
