NeuraFlash is seeking a Salesforce Digital Experience Consultant to build interactive user experiences and deliver business value to clients. The consultant will work with a talented AI team to delight customers, focusing on solution design and execution for end-user-facing technologies. NeuraFlash is recognized as Salesforce’s #1 partner for Agentforce.Role involves:

• Building solutions following industry best practices.
• Driving requirement gathering and translating them into business solutions.
• Delivering scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Leveraging Salesforce technology such as Agentforce, Einstein Bots, and Experience Cloud.
• Providing input on detailed design specifications.
• Staying updated on new Salesforce product capabilities.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of industry experience.
• Experience in a customer-facing technical consulting role.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Experience implementing Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Agentforce, Einstein Service Intelligence, or Experience Cloud.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
