Job Description
NeuraFlash is seeking a Salesforce Digital Experience Consultant to build interactive user experiences and deliver business value. The consultant will work with a talented AI team to delight customers, focusing on solution design and execution for end-user-facing technologies. This role involves contributing to the success of NeuraFlash by building solutions, driving requirement gathering, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions.
Role involves:
- Building solutions following industry best practices.
- Driving requirement gathering and translating them into business solutions.
- Delivering scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Leveraging Salesforce technology such as Agentforce, Einstein Bots, and Experience Cloud.
- Providing input on detailed design specifications.
- Staying updated on new Salesforce product capabilities.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of industry experience.
- Experience in a customer-facing technical consulting role.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities.
- Ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience implementing Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Agentforce, Einstein Service Intelligence, or Experience Cloud.
- Ability to work on a cross-functional team.
- Willingness to learn new technologies.
