Salesforce Digital Experience Solution Architect - AI & Agentforce

Job Description

NeuraFlash is seeking a Salesforce Digital Experience Solution Architect to build interactive user experiences. The role involves solution design, architecture, and execution for end-user-facing technologies. The Solution Architect will provide industry best practices, gather requirements, and serve as a Salesforce platform expert. They will work with clients to build strategies and roadmaps, leveraging Salesforce technologies like Agentforce, Einstein Bots, Einstein Service Intelligence, and Experience Cloud. The role also includes providing input on detailed design specifications, infrastructure, and project plans, translating business requirements into well-architected solutions, and coaching junior team members.Responsibilities:

• Provide industry best practices and serve as a trusted client advisor
• Drive requirement gathering and serve as the Salesforce platform expert
• Work with the client to build out their strategy and roadmap
• Leverage Salesforce technology such as Agentforce, Einstein Bots, Einstein Service Intelligence, and Experience Cloud
• Provide input on detailed design specifications, infrastructure, and project plans
• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions
• Coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members
• Follow and understand new Salesforce product and technical capabilities

Requirements:

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical consulting, enterprise architecture, or business process mapping role
• 5+ years of CRM industry experience
• Experience architecting and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud
• Hands-on experience with Agentforce or other Generative AI driven platforms, Einstein Service Intelligence or Next Best Action, and Experience Cloud
• Proven ability to design and optimize business processes across disparate systems
• Ability to lead a cross-functional team to create rich end-user experiences
• Willing and able learner of new technologies
• Ability to tie outcomes to business value (return on investment) through storytelling
