Job Description
NeuraFlash is seeking a Salesforce Digital Experience Solution Architect to build interactive user experiences and deliver business value to clients. The role involves solution design, architecture, and execution for end-user-facing technologies. The candidate will work with a talented AI team to delight customers.Responsibilities:
  • Provide industry best practices and serve as a trusted client advisor.
  • Drive requirement gathering and serve as the Salesforce platform expert.
  • Work with the client to build out their strategy and roadmap.
  • Leverage Salesforce technology such as Agentforce, Einstein Bots, Einstein Service Intelligence, and Experience Cloud.
  • Provide input on detailed design specifications, infrastructure, and project plans.
  • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions.
  • Coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members.
  • Follow and understand new Salesforce product and technical capabilities.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years in a customer-facing technical consulting, enterprise architecture, or business process mapping role.
  • 5+ years of CRM industry experience.
  • Experience architecting and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one of the following: Agentforce, Einstein Service Intelligence, or Experience Cloud.
  • Proven ability to design and optimize business processes across disparate systems.
  • Ability to lead a cross-functional team to create rich end-user experiences.
  • Willing and able learner of new technologies.
  • Ability to tie outcomes to business value (return on investment) through storytelling.
