Salesforce Digital Experience Solution Architect - AI & Agentforce

Job Description

NeuraFlash is seeking a Salesforce Digital Experience Solution Architect to build interactive user experiences and deliver business value to clients. The role involves solution design, architecture, and execution for end-user-facing technologies. The Solution Architect will provide industry best practices, gather requirements, and serve as a trusted advisor. They will work with clients to build strategies and roadmaps, leveraging Salesforce technologies like Agentforce, Einstein Bots, Einstein Service Intelligence, and Experience Cloud. The Solution Architect will also provide input on detailed design specifications, infrastructure, and project plans, translating business requirements into well-architected solutions.Role involves:

• Providing industry best practices and serving as a trusted client advisor
• Driving requirement gathering and serving as the Salesforce platform expert
• Working with the client to build out their strategy and roadmap
• Leveraging Salesforce technology such as Agentforce, Einstein Bots, Einstein Service Intelligence, and Experience Cloud
• Providing input on detailed design specifications, infrastructure, and project plans
• Translating business requirements into well-architected solutions
• Coaching and mentoring junior technical and functional team members
• Following and understanding new Salesforce product and technical capabilities

Requirements:

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical consulting, enterprise architecture, or business process mapping role
• 5+ years of CRM industry experience
• Experience architecting and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud
• Hands-on experience with Agentforce, Generative AI platforms, Einstein Service Intelligence, or Next Best Action, and Experience Cloud
• Proven ability to design and optimize business processes across disparate systems
• Ability to lead a cross-functional team to create rich end-user experiences
• Willingness to learn new technologies
• Ability to tie outcomes to business value through storytelling
