Job Description
FourKites, a leading AI-driven supply chain transformation company, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their team. This role is based in Chicago, IL, with remote work options within the U.S. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for building consultative relationships with customers to drive adoption, retention, and satisfaction. They will serve as the primary point of contact for their assigned customers, providing training, identifying opportunities for optimization, and advocating for their needs within FourKites.

Responsibilities include:
  • Owning the overall relationship with assigned customers.
  • Establishing a trusted advisor relationship.
  • Developing customers for advocacy.
  • Working with customers to establish goals and KPIs.
  • Facilitating quarterly Executive Business Reviews.
  • Identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Managing account escalations.

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management at a SaaS company.
  • Supply Chain industry experience preferred.
  • Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong drive for efficiency and problem-solving.
