XP Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior RPA Developer to join their team in São Paulo. • Developing, implementing, and optimizing automation robots using RPA platforms (UiPath).
• Resolving incidents and issues related to production automations proactively.
• Identifying automation opportunities with business areas and suggesting solutions.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation for automated processes.
• Integrating robots with internal systems via APIs, databases, and other interfaces.
• Performing testing, monitoring, and maintenance of robots to ensure efficiency and stability.
• Collaborating with IT and business teams to ensure solutions align with organizational needs.

Requirements:

• Experience with RPA solution development and support.
• Knowledge of UiPath automation tool.
• Proficiency in programming logic.
• Skills in databases and API integration (REST/SOAP).
• Experience with code versioning (Git).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, ITIL, Kanban).
