The role involves providing support for a quick integration and consolidation of the new scope in advisory, developing and improving sales skills, prospecting clients, deepening knowledge of investment products, and immersing in the day-to-day of the financial market. The program includes a robust career path to become a successful commercial professional and obtain the CPA-20 certification.

Role Involves:

• Prospecting new businesses and clients
• Managing portfolios and large accounts (both individual and corporate)
• Developing sales skills
• Deepening knowledge of investment products

Requirements:

• Alignment with XP Inc.'s culture
• Complete higher education
• Commercial and relational profile
• Commercial experience (hunter profile - prospecting new businesses)
• Curiosity about the world of investments
• Interest in making a career transition
• Basic knowledge of financial products (fixed income, variable income, funds, etc.)
• Currently working in other market segments
• Not currently an Investment Advisor or Autonomous Agent (AAI)
