Job Description
AlphaSense is seeking a Compensation Analyst to join their Global People Team. The Compensation Analyst will be responsible for designing and managing competitive compensation programs to attract and retain top talent. This role involves conducting market research and analysis to inform compensation strategies, ensuring offerings are equitable, competitive, and compliant with regulatory standards. The Compensation Analyst will also play a key role in ad-hoc compensation projects, optimizing and refining existing compensation structures to support organizational growth and efficiency.

  • Supporting the People team in annual and mid-year compensation review processes
  • Contributing to due diligence and integration efforts related to mergers and acquisitions

Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in compensation or similarly technical HR operations roles
  • Familiar with global employee compensation practices, programs and compliance
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Outstanding analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Skilled in balancing and prioritizing multiple demands and requests effectively
