Staff Application Security Engineer

Job Description

Zscaler is seeking a Staff Application Security Engineer to join their Product Security team. This role involves conducting static and dynamic analysis of applications, implementing SCA tools, and assessing containerized environments and IAC deployments. The engineer will report to the Director of Vulnerability Management and play a crucial role in securing Zscaler's cloud security platform.

• Conducting static and dynamic analysis of applications
• Implementing SCA tools
• Assessing and securing containerized environments and IAC deployments

• Expertise in Application Security (4+ years)
• Proficiency with application security tools (Snyk, Semgrep, Coverity, etc.)
• Strong understanding of secure coding practices
• Experience in identifying and addressing security vulnerabilities
