Job Description
Mentimeter is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage strategic accounts and drive adoption of its Enterprise solution. The Customer Success Manager will partner with Relationship Managers to ensure customer success with Mentimeter. They will collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to deliver an amazing customer experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Understanding customer needs and business objectives.
- Managing a book of 20-30 accounts.
- Helping customers develop onboarding, roll-out, and training strategies.
- Acting as an expert of Mentimeter.
- Driving Net Revenue Retention.
- Acting as a bridge between sales, product, and business development.
- Developing customer success strategies and best practices.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in the SaaS industry.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to structure work and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent data knowledge and strong data-drivenness.
- Customer and market expertise.
- Deep knowledge of Mentimeter.
- Proven leadership skills.
